Describe a time when you were stuck in a traffic jam.
You should say:
When and where it happened?
How long you were in the traffic jam?
What you did while waiting?
And explain how you felt when you were in that traffic jam.
Even the nicest person in the world has a patience limit. There are many situations in life where you have to be calm, here I would narrate about an incident where i lost my cool.
Last summers, in may I had gone to srinagar for a trip and on my way back from kashmir, there was an accident on a mountain road where a tanker had collided with a motor bike.
Since most mountain roads are very narrow there was less space for commuters.
We were stuck at this place for 8 hours and we were moving at the speed of 2 km per hour. We had no food, we had ran out of our water and there was no internet to keep us occupied.
This was the longest and hardest wait for me because my brother and sister was hungry and I played with them for 3 hours consistently trying to keep them distracted, we had brought a ludo game which we played all this time. After 5 hours we reached a place where we could purchase some snacks.
First I was patient but after 3 hours of no food and water, I was hungry and angry because of the situation. The traffic jam made us miss our flight and all my family members were starving, I felt helpless and miserable, as i was not being able to help them then I stepped out asking some people for food but no one helped. I wanted to scream but I had to be silent and slowly we reached a place where I got angry on everybody for asking for food as there was no shop. But soon I calmed down and helped them by playing the game. Our problem ended after 8 hours when the crane towed the tank and we drove away from that place, I have never felt better after leaving a place I was extremely happy once this jam was cleared.
