Rivers and lakes play an important part in our life as we can use the water for our living more over utilize the water for irrigating our crops here I would like to talk about one water body which I like the most, the name of the water body is the river called the Ganges.


Actually, i came to know about this river while watching a movie called fitoor, actually, my favorite actress katrina kaif was shown taking a bath in this river and it was shown in the movie that her sins were forgiven by god after the bath in the river, then i read on the internet about the river and i found that the statement was actually true.


I was very impressed by the river because I actually found out that the water is very pure and this river originates in China and it is the source of water for various cities and towns around India moreover this is the river which has the purest water in asia.
