1. Do you like sports?
Yes as it is a good way for me to manage my stress and improve my general health. What is more, it’s my favorite way to make friends and spend quality time with my mother. So, definitely yes.
2. Do you play any sports?
Actually. I’m really busy with my job these days, so I don’t get the chance to do as many sports as I would like. I try to play badminton on Saturdays for a couple of hours and I occasionally play street games like hide and seek.
3. Do you watch sports on TV?
Yes, cricket is my favorite sport, I don’t play this game but I like watching it since I know the rules of the game I have developed an interest in the game as i used to watch it with my brother. My favorite team in IPL is the Punjab kings.
5. What sports do people in your country like to play?
People in my country are fond of cricket because it has simple rules, can be played just with a ball almost anywhere, and is very entertaining to watch and play. There are also a lot of football and volleyball fans too.
6. How do people in your country stay fit?
Lots of young people play sports, but more and more people are joining gyms. Gyms have really become very popular among the youth. Also, Old people love to walk in parks to keep themselves fit as a fiddle. so i think by gymming, walking and playing sports, people of my country stay fit.
7. Is it important for children to play sports?
Definitely. Sport keeps us healthy, but it also teaches us discipline and keeps us mentally fit. For instance, in my school, the kids who were dedicated to sports also achieved the highest grades in school and went on to good universities where they continued to work hard.
8. What kind of exercises do you do?
Well, I mainly do aerobic exercises such as running, swimming or stretching to improve my cardiovascular fitness, and I also do yoga exercises to improve my flexibility, build muscle strength and perfect my posture.
9. What kinds of exercises are popular in your country?
Oh, I think, strength and stretching exercises are the most popular sports training in my country. I think it’s because they help people burn fat, build muscles, improve flexibility, and perfect heart and lung health.
10. Do you like extreme sports?
No, actually I am very afraid of heights and water, so I stay away from such sports.
11. Who is your favorite sports star?
My favorite sports star is virat kohli because he is a great player, actually, he is very hardworking and never gives up in any situation so I respect him a lot.
