One of my happiest memories from my childhood is when my family and I went on a picnic in a beautiful countryside park. It was a warm and sunny day during summer vacation when I was about 8 years old.

We visited a shrine called "beri sahib" located at Sultanpur Lodhi. The shrine was filled with vibrant flowers, lush green grass, and tall trees that provided a refreshing shade. It is associated with the first Sikh master, who meditated in this shrine.  It was a perfect place to get tranquility and rejuvenation.

After that, we visited a park nearby and spent our day in the holy city of Sultanpur Lodhi.

On that joyful day, I was accompanied by my parents, my older brother, and a few of our close family friends. We all packed a delicious homemade lunch with sandwiches, fruits, and snacks. As we set up our picnic spot, we laughed and played games together, like frisbee and badminton.

The most special part of the day was when we decided to go on a short nature hike. We followed a track that led us to a small stream of a river called beyin river which had crystal-clear water. It felt like an adventure as we crossed the stream using a bridge and explored the beautiful surroundings.

The picnic turned into a delightful feast as we savored the tasty food and shared stories and laughter. The excitement and joy among all of us created an atmosphere of warmth and happiness.

This experience holds a special place in my heart because it was a day filled with love, laughter, and togetherness. The time spent with my family and close friends made it even more memorable. The beauty of nature and the freedom to play outdoors made me feel carefree and content.

Whenever I look back on this cherished memory, it brings a smile to my face. It reminds me of the simple pleasures in life and the joy of spending quality time with loved ones. The happiness I felt that day has stayed with me, and it continues to be a source of comfort and happiness, even as I've grown older.
