Describe a place in a village that you visited.

And how do you feel about this place?


village is a small settlement usually found in a rural setting. And most rural villages have 500-2500 residents. Mainly dependent on agriculture and some towns are really scenic and peaceful. Here I would like to narrate about my visit to such a place which is located in the Punjab province of india. 

Where it is?

It is a small town Indias away from my city, it is on the bank of the satluj river and has a wetland and wildlife century near it. Name of the town harike. 

When you visited this place?

It was 3 years ago, just before covid pandemic. I had gone there for a family trip with my maternal uncle and my brother.
 
What you did do there?

Actually, my maternal uncle is a retired army man and he is very fond of fishing since he was posted in Mumbai he wanted to do fishing so he took us to this place and he gave us some fishing lectures and we learned how to actually catch a fish. 

And how do you feel about this place?

This place is really beautiful as the wetland has a lot of unique birds like kingfishers and ducks and swans and colorful birds. You get to ride on a motor boat and then you do your activities for 3 hours and return. I felt this place to be peaceful and full of tranquility. Moreover, it was very serene and beautiful.
