Describe a time when you missed an appointment
You should say: 

When and where it happened;
What the appointment was for;
What happened when you missed it;
And explain how you felt about missing the appointment?

I am a very punctual person and i rarely miss an appointment, but here i would like to talk about a time when i forgot an important appointment.

Last month, i had an appointment with the veterinary doctor, because one of our cows was sick. Actually the cow was infected by monkey virus and it was not eating from 10 days and i live in a remote village so i had to go and pick the veterinary doctor from the city centre.

At that time my brother met an accident  and i had to take him to a doctor and i forgot about the appointment, as a result veterinary doctor was not able to come to our house and the doctor  went on a leave for 5 days and our cow got more sick and died within two days.

I felt really sad because it was my favourite cow and we had recently purchased this cow and owing to her death we suffered a loss of 60000 rs. I also felt guilty because I thought she had died because of me. By and large this was a incident where i forgot something and felt low because of it.
