2. Describe a difficult thing you did and succeeded

Life is full of difficulties and we have to find solutions of problems that we face. Here i would narrate about one difficult problem i faced and solved.

Actually last year i wanted to save money to give a gift to my father on his birthday. In dec 2021, he broke his phone and i wanted to give him a new phone.

It was very difficult because i was in 10th class and i could not get a job to save that money; however, i asked my mother about some idea, she told me that i can work for a farm nearby and i went to my uncle's farm where I worked for 8 hours daily. 

After 6 months i gifted my father a i-phone on his birthday and i felt over the moon because i had worked hard to get this phone for my father and moreover i had not wasted any money from 6 months. All in all it was a hard task which i completed with patience.

1. What kinds of jobs require people to be confident?

I think people have to be confident in all jobs, so that they can do their work properly. For eg if a sales man is not confident he will not be able to sell the product.

2. On what occasions should children be encouraged? How?

When children are doing new things they should be encouraged, so that they can do that thing. For example when a child tries to walk parents encourage him, so that he keeps doing that activity.

3. How do you help children stay focused?

There are many ways in which children can be helped. First of all, one can provide them an environment which is free of distractions, like when they are studying, they should not be allowed to use cellphones. 

Another way to help them focus would be teach them how to meditate and this would increase their focus.

4. What challenges do young people face today?

Well, I think there are two main challenges that young people face these days. The first one is related 

to the mental health, many young people commit suicide these days. The second one is high competition, young people are not able to get good jobs easily.
